Luke 14:23 “And the lord said unto the servant, Go out into the highways and hedges, and compel them to come in, that my house may be filled.” The challenge Jesus gives is: “Compel Them to Come In.” Every Christian has been give the responsibility to share their faith with the lost. II Peter 3:9 “The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us–ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.” If God is not willing that anyone should perish; then why do we pass by those who are without Christ. The price and the sacrifice that God offered for us to be saved is far beyond any sacrifice that we may make in order to lead others to Christ. Biblically, we know that the return of Christ is near. Yet, we seem to live unresponsive to the impending doom that the unsaved are facing. Luke 18:8 “I tell you that he will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless when the Son of man cometh, shall he find faith on the earth?” Here in America we are watching religious freedoms being stripped away day by day. The politician and the government is not going to change this dilemma. Only one on one witnessing to bring people to the saving knowledge of Christ will work. Let’s “Compel them to Come In!”
