In II Timothy 4:7 the Apostle Paul states: “I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith.” We know that this statement is in reference to him coming to the end of his life. He had many struggles and yet kept going. He had much to accomplish and yet he has completed it. He would face challenges in his faith and yet he believes even stronger at the end of his life. This is the time of the year when many students will graduate. It is always exciting to see students from our church finish their course in high school or college. I want to say congratulations to each of you who have received your diploma or degree. You have faced the struggles in your education and have experienced victory. You have been diligent in your studies and completed your course. You have grown in your ability to trust God to see you through and you have received your reward. I Corinthians 16:9 “For a great door and effectual is opened unto me, and there are many adversaries.” Each of you have great opportunities in front of you. However, they will not be without challenges and struggles. Always remember to keep your walk with God right. Proverbs 3:6 “In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.”
