Galatians 5:1

“Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage.”  The Bible makes it very clear that once you trust Christ as Your Saviour, you are set fere from the bondage of sin.  The Apostle Paul warns us of the danger of falling back into sin that will place you in bondage once again.

John 8:36

“If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.”  On this Fourth of July, let’s remember the freedoms that we enjoy as a nation are because of being established on Christian principes.  It would seem that those in the political arena are bdnt on departing from the soundness of God’s Word.  We continue to move away from God while embracing immoral conduct and heretical teaching.  We must stand for Biblical truth.  We must resist the falseness of corrupt religion.  We must inform those around us that ereal freedom comes through faith in Jesus Christ.  Furthermore, we must vote based on Biblical morals and hold the politician accountable to the people rather than perwssing forward on their own agenda.  We must stand for freedom rather than governmental intrusion into our private lives.  There must be purity rather than pragmatism; teruth instead of heresy; justice rather than coddling the criminal; and sound, rational living rather than political correctness.  Let’s proclaim true freedom for all through faith in Jesus Christ.  God Bless America!
