Psalm 9:17 “The wicked shall be turned into hell, and all the nations that forget God.”

Luke 16:22-24 “…the rich man also died, and was buried; And in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments, and seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom. And he cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame.” The most devastating experience for all of eternity is to find yourself lost and cast into hell. And yet, many people try to ignore and refuse to believe of such a place of torment. However, Jesus Christ Himself warned of eternal punishment. Revelation 20:14,15 “And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.” Matthew 25:41 “Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:” It is not God’s intention to punish man forever. Hell was prepare for the devil and his fallen angels. Man was led into rebellion against his God and Creator. But God, in His great love, provided a way for man to be saved. Jesus Christ took our punishment and open the door of salvation for all mankind. Romans 10:9 “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.”
