Revelation 21:5,6 “And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful. And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely.” As we enter into this new year, we are reminded of the great promise for the future. God states that He will make all things new. We understand this statement is in reference to our existence in eternity. However, there is a wonderful principle to be applied. 2018 is a brand-new year. It is an open door of possibilities and opportunities to glorify our God. God has provided a faithful and true word for us. Our future is in the hands of the One who has no beginning or ending. He is the Alpha and Omega. 2018 can be full of life and abundance by the all-powerful hand of God. We must not enter in to the new year defeated; but rather, enter with our expectations raised to the ability and integrity of God. II Thessalonians 1:12 “That the name of our Lord Jesus Christ may be glorified in you, and ye in him, according to the grace of our God and the Lord Jesus Christ.”
